INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURE

In most cases communication regarding cancellations will be sent out an hour before scheduled games through Playerspace and email; however, due to the ever-changing nature of weather, this may not always be possible. We will notify teams as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding in this situation.

Every effort will be made to make-up canceled games and coaches will be notified of make-up dates as soon as possible. Due to the scheduling of the fields/gyms, make-up games are not guaranteed.
