Semi-Private Training

Looking for extra motivation and lower cost training? Consider partner or semi-private training!

A trainer will program workouts for a group of 2-5 people. This is easiest with groups with similar goals but trainers can adapt and modify programs to meet the needs of all in your group. We want you to have fun, meet others and feel supported by other members, your friends, or spouse and semi-private training is the best solution!

Group Training

Ready to take your workouts and fitness routine to the next level? Enjoy challenging and unique workouts in a group setting that fit into your schedule. 

  • Work out with four or more participants and a Personal Trainer
  • Specialized group training topics include, but not limited to the following:
    TRX Suspension Training, Bootcamp, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Training within Heart Zones, Weightlifting 101, and more!
  • Time of class and length of class sessions vary per class
  • Available classes vary by location.
