Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

Stretch combining traditional athletic stretching and yoga positions. Geared towards creating a more flexible and healthier you.

The ultimate dance-fitness party set to Latin and world rhythms. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Intense freestyle class for those who prefer to work within smaller groups. Classes may utilize various pieces of equipment in or out of the fitness center for a combination of strength and cardio activities.

This is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. Core muscles help us to stand upright and strong. Performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, building core strength and endurance, while improving posture.

Suitable for all, this classic cardio workout gets you moving on and off a step platform, with or without risers.

(High Intensity Interval Training), requires an all-out, one hundred percent effort. Through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training increases and keeps your heart rate up, to burn more fat in less time.

A strength training program where we integrate high-repetition movements, with light to moderate weights, to deliver a total body workout. Throughout this class, you’ll burn calories, build strength, and be motivated by popular music and an inspirational instructor. This class is not about building bulk; it’s about developing lean, toned muscles. You’ll use a step and weights during this program.

This class will help you build strength, improve posture, flexibility and balance through combinations of breathing and postures.
