Boxing

Teaching our youth skills, discipline and respect through the art of boxing.

 

Fencing

Promotes both physical and mental discipline and agility. Each class will consist of stretching and fencing exercises, footwork, blade work and practice bouting.

 

Jiu Jitsu

A martial art, combat sport and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

 

Judo

A modern martial art, combat and Olympic sport. Its’ most predominant feature is its’ competitive element, where the objective is to either throw or takedown an opponent.

 

Karate

Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbows strikes and open hand techniques.

Tae Kwon Do

A martial art that combines combat and self-defense techniques with sport and exercise.

 

Youn Wha Ryu

Combines the traditional Tae Kwon Do, incorporating elements of Hapkido, Karate, Kung Fu and Judo.
