Movement That Meets You Where You Are
The Gateway Region YMCA offers EnhanceFitness®, an evidence-based exercise program developed by Sound Generations, Inc. and recommended by the CDC.
With guided instruction, low-impact movements, and a pace that works for you, participants build strength, reduce pain, and improve daily function—all in a supportive and social environment.
While the program is geared towards supporting those with arthritis, it is suitable for any adult needing easier movement.
