The Gateway Region YMCA offers management services to regional recreation centers, such as those listed above. Nationally, the Y operates many strategic partnerships similar to our local agreements. As part of the partnership, any Y member will have access to any regional Y at no extra cost, as part of our “Join One Join All” approach to strengthen our region.

Decreased the city's deficits

In 2022, we began operations with one of our newest partners, the City of Fenton, and have found many efficiencies that have decreased the city’s deficits by 50% while increasing customer satisfaction. Community members are experiencing expanded programming and we are achieving our shared goal of strengthening community.

We have also operated the Carondelet Park Rec Complex (est 2009) and O’Fallon Park Rec Complex (est 2013) from inception, designing, meeting budget and reserve obligations that have allowed for long-term success and sustainability.
