Functional Fit (formerly known as CrossFit/Functional Strength and Conditioning), uses safe, effective, efficient movement to help you achieve goals! 

Work on weight loss, increase your muscle mass, performance, and meet like-minded people! Participants will work with specialized equipment and certified/personalized coaches.

This class is available for an additional fee, but newcomers can check it out twice for free!

$45 per month ($25 add-on fee for every additional person in the household that wishes to join)
