Swim Lessons

Water Exercise

Work in Aquatics

Aquatic Conditioning

This class is a part of the Y Competitive Pathway program, designed for swimmers ages 5-12 who have completed Stage 6 in YMCA Swim Lessons. The program focuses on continuing to build endurance and stroke technique on all major competitive strokes and encourages swimming as part of a healthy lifestyle. Register now!

Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes with learning a new skill or building positive relationships that lead to good character and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole person, from the inside out.

Traditional Sports

The Y offers year-round team sports for kids of all ages and skill levels. Every child plays at least half of every game. We welcome Y members and non-members to participate, practice and play.  Most sports are offered in 8-week sessions with one game and one practice per week for children K-8. Preschool sports typically have one practice per week with a scrimmage at the end of the season. Register now!

Rockwall Climbing

Pickleball

If you are looking for some great exercise for your mind and body, pickleball can’t be beat. Playing pickleball allows you to work on your balance, agility, reflexes, and hand-eye coordination without putting excessive strains on your body. Check out our gym schedule to see open play times!

Racquetball

Rain or shine, racquetball is a great indoor sport that offers tremendous benefits for the whole body, inside and out. From pickleball to SilverSneakers to trips to Trout Lodge, we offer adult activities that bring together people who love to stay active.
