- Camp Counselor – Lead engaging camp activities while ensuring a fun and safe experience.
- Lifeguard – Supervise lake and pool activities, ensuring water safety.
- Adventure & Ropes Course Instructor – Guide campers through climbing walls and zip-line challenges.

Know someone who would be a great fit for the Y? Refer a new hire and earn a $300 bonus! Whether they join full-time or part-time, you can refer candidates at any time during your employment.
• Make sure your referral lists your name on their application under the referral section.
• Notify your supervisor once your referral is hired.
• Your supervisor will submit the Referral Bonus form to HR.
• Once your referral completes 30 days of active employment, your bonus will be paid out on the next available paycheck (pre-tax).
