SSM Health and the Chesterfield YMCA Open First in Missouri On-Site Medical Clinic
WHAT: SSM Health Medical Group celebrates a first-of-its-kind model in Missouri that fully integrates medical care and wellness services under one roof.
A new 5,000-square-foot SSM Health Clinic at the Chesterfield YMCA now provides comprehensive primary and family medicine, geriatric care, behavioral health, lab services, nutrition support, and on-site social work all connected directly to the YMCA’s wellness facilities. Community members can see their provider and go straight to their workout, physical therapy, or family activities in the same building. This mission-driven collaboration allows both organizations to increase their shared commitment to community health and wellness.
