Inclusion & Adaptive Support

A place to belong, grow and thrive.

For families of children with disabilities, finding a summer camp that offers the right support can be challenging. At the RiverChase YMCA, inclusion and adaptive support services help make it possible for more children to experience the fun, friendships and opportunities that camp provides.

One parent shared how YMCA Camp at RiverChase exceeded their expectations for their son, who has autism and ADHD. With support from Camp Director Lexi Ates and her team, he became more comfortable interacting with other children, made friends, gained confidence in everyday skills and improved his swimming abilities. Just as importantly, his family had peace of mind knowing he was supported and cared for.
