For 39 years, our association has celebrated the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through a memorial breakfast, and 2024 is no different!

Join us on Monday, January 15, 7-9 am (breakfast starts promptly at 7 am) at the Bayer YMCA (5555 Page Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63112) to honor and celebrate the life, teachings, and legacy of Dr. King. This event is free and open to all!

This holiday is a great reminder of how Dr. King’s life’s work is part of our mission every day; to bring people in the community together, to nurture individual potential – especially of youth, and to welcome ALL people. Although gone for more than 50 years, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. lives in our hearts, with his words and actions continuing to be an inspiration to us all every day.

In honor of the great work of Dr. King and in reflection of his service to our world, we recognize the members of our community listed below who exemplify excellence and represent his values in today’s world. Congratulations to all of the award winners!
