WHAT: ...will host the fourth annual Healthy Senior Day. This community event, free and open to all, is designed to provide Active Older Adults age 55 and up with opportunities and resources to help them live with greater health and happiness. At the YMCA, we believe in building overall healthy lifestyles in spirit, mind and body. The event will include:
● Fitness classes tailored to seniors
● Community agencies and partners
● Screenings
● Volunteer opportunities
● Social opportunities
● Snacks and Refreshments
● Giveaways and prizes
● Flu shots offered by a local pharmacy (and is covered by most insurance companies)
