JUNE CAMPS
🌺 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Aloha Summer)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Calling all sports lovers! This week we will offer a little bit of everything, such as baseball, soccer, basketball, and much more!
🎨 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Artrageous Week)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will learn the rules and skills of floor hockey.
🧪 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Silly Science)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will learn and improve volleyball skills from a games approach, make new friends, and stay active with fun volleyball activities.
Have fun learning to swim or improving your existing skills. We will have water games and instructional swim lesson time in the morning, take a break to eat lunch, and then enjoy a recreational swim and more WET fun in the afternoon.
🌿 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Outdoor Adventures)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will explore different waterparks throughout the St. Louis area. The day may include traditional activities before going to the waterparks. In the case of inclement weather, alternate field trips will be planned.
JULY CAMPS
🇺🇸 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Party in the USA)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will have fun participating in various competitive games this week, focusing on teamwork and good sportsmanship.
📣 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Spirit Week)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.

Campers will learn and practice defense, ball-handling, dribbling, and shooting skills. Players of all skill levels are welcome.
Campers will explore a variety of water parks in the area, attending a new park each day of the week. In the case of inclement weather, alternate field trips will be planned.
🦸♂️ TRADITIONAL CAMP (Hero Week)
Includes: Daily swim, field trips, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will have fun this week participating in ninja activities and obstacles. We will enjoy a visit from a real martial arts instructor during the week.
Have fun learning to swim or improving your existing skills. We will have water games and instructional swim lesson time in the morning, take a break to eat lunch, and then enjoy a recreational swim and more WET fun in the afternoon.
🎪 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Carnival Week)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will focus on learning rules, defensive skills, dribbling, passing, trapping, and participate in daily scrimmages. Shin guards are recommended, but not mandatory.
Explore a different water-related adventure every day of the week! Please note: Friday will include a trip to Trout Lodge. Campers will need to arrive at 7am and will return at 4pm.
🦁 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Animal Planet)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will jump headfirst into civic engagement, civic duty, and global relations, learning through unique programming focused on the Model UN's 17 sustainable development goals.
AUGUST CAMPS
🐙 TRADITIONAL CAMP (Under the Sea)
Includes: Daily swim, field trip, and lunch.
🚀 SPECIALTY CAMPS
Campers will experience a new twist to old pastime sports, picnic outings, and field days. Activities will include cornhole, kickball, and so much more!

Fostering a supportive and enriching environment for children with diverse abilities is the primary focus of inclusive and adaptive programs. The Gateway Region YMCA provides trained staff and accessible spaces to help ensure camp opportunities for every child. When you register online for Summer Day Camp, indicate any needs your child may have and the branch will email you more information and the required forms.

For families who need additional support, we are happy to offer financial assistance opportunities.
At the Y, we stand by the belief that everyone should have the chance to be part of the Y, irrespective of their financial means. To make this possible, we offer financial assistance to those who qualify, supported by the generous contributions to our Annual Campaign. Access the application below. We encourage you to apply early to allow processing time. Following processing, we communicate the approved amount to applicants, which is then applied to their accounts.

🏕️ Overnight Camp Lakewood
The Y's overnight summer camp in Potosi, MO is an experience like no other. YMCA Camp Lakewood brings kids ages 6-17 from all walks of life together to try new things without judgment. With a sprawling 5,000 acre campus and a private 360-acre lake, Camp Lakewood becomes a summer sanctuary accommodating various interests, ranging from paddle boarding to horseback riding to campfires and more.
