You've used the Coach Finder and found the perfect Personal Trainer for you... What comes next?

Follow the steps below to register online for Personal Training.

 

 

STEP 1: Select Your Desired Personal Training Program

Personal Training Program Options Include: 

  • Personal Training - Introductory Special (Designed for 1-on-1 training with Y members who have never participated in Personal Training)
  • Private Personal Training Package (Designed for Y members who would like 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions)
  • Semi-Private Personal Training Package (Designed for Y members who would like 2-on-1 Personal Training sessions)

STEP 2: Select the YMCA Location at Which Your Preferred Trainer Works

Personal Training packages are offered at multiple YMCA locations, and some trainers are available at more than one. Select the YMCA location where your preferred trainer is available.

If you haven't, you may search through the coach finder and filter based on the YMCA locations you're willing to visit for training. Search on the Coach Finder again, if needed!

STEP 3: Select the Appropriate Training Client

After selecting the Personal Training package at your preferred YMCA location, select the YMCA Member on your account who will be participating in the Personal Training sessions.

Step 4: Chose Your Preferred Personal Trainer & Training Package

In the "Instructor" dropdown, select your preferred Personal Trainer. Next, select a 30-minute or 60-minute package option.

60-Minute 1-on-1 Personal Training Package Options:

You may purchase 60-minute training packages that include either 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, or 46 sessions.

30-Minute 1-1 Personal Training Package Options:

You may purchase 30-minute training packages that include either 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, or 46 sessions.


60-Minute Semi-Private Personal Training Package Options:

You may purchase 60-minute training packages that include either 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions.

30-Minute Semi-Private Personal Training Package Options:

You may purchase 30-minute training packages that include either 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions.

Step 5: Select Your Preferred Training Format (In-Person or Virtual)

Select how you would like to complete your personal training sessions: meet your trainer in person at the Y, or connect with your trainer virtually.

Step 6: Review Your Training Information and Check Out

Review that the Personal Training information shown is what you had selected. If so, click "Register" and pay for your training package.

Your Personal Trainer or YMCA Health & Wellness Director will reach out to you to schedule your first training session.
