Swim lessons at the Y focus on learning vital water safety skills and stroke development through a progressive swim lesson curriculum. Swimmers develop self-esteem while creating positive experiences that last a lifetime.

Swim Lessons Modified for Safety

The safety of our swim lesson families is our number one priority. We are following guidance from the CDC, public health officials and the St. Louis Medicine COVID-19 task force to ensure that our children can participate in aquatic programs modified for their safety. A few of the changes planned are smaller class ratios, lessons scheduled not to overlap, and equipment disinfected with EPA certified product between each use.
