Your Y, On Your Schedule: The Bloomsdale 24/7 Facility
Your Ste. Genevieve County YMCA membership gives you more! In addition to our main facility, you get full access to our 24/7 branch in Bloomsdale. Perfect for any schedule, this location offers a wide range of cardio equipment, machine and free weights, a therapy pool, a walking track, and full locker rooms with showers. This facility is also home to Mid America Rehab.

Membership & Billing
Your membership automatically transitions to a Gateway Region YMCA membership! Your existing membership agreement continues with no interruptions, but we are asking that each member update their information. Click here to update your information online.
We'd love to have you! Please stop by the front desk at the Ste. Genevieve County YMCA to learn about our membership options.
No. Your current membership rate and billing method will remain exactly the same at this time.
Beginning in November, the membership charge on your account will appear from the "Gateway Region YMCA."
Yes, please bring a photo ID with you on your next visit. As part of our commitment to safety, all adult members will be checked against the national sex offender registry. We also ask that you please update your membership information here so we can keep you informed and get you access to our mobile app.
Yes. We will continue to support these memberships and plan to expand our offerings for active older adults.
Facility & Program Updates
We are working to enhance your member experience! In the coming months, you can expect:
- New Child Watch Space: We are actively working on creating a dedicated Child Watch area so families can work out with peace of mind. Child Watch is an included family membership benefit!
- Fitness Equipment: We will be replacing some equipment, adding more cardio machines, and improving the fitness floor layout.
- Group Exercise: We are expanding class offerings and updating equipment to improve your overall group exercise experience.
Yes! We heard you and are working on creating a new Child Watch space that would be an included amenity for family memberships. Stay tuned for updates!
All your favorite classes, including SilverSneakers®, will continue and grow! As a Y member, you now have FREE access to all group exercise classes. We will be building on the current schedule to include a mix of strength training (like Les Mills BodyPump™), cardio (like Zumba™), mind-body (like Yoga), water exercise, and more!
