January Teen Book Club
The O'Fallon Illinois YMCA is excited to introduce our Teen Book Club, Popcorn & Page Turners! 📚🍿
In collaboration with the O'Fallon Library, our new Teen Book Club is more than just reading, it's about connection, confidence, and community. Teens will read and discuss engaging books together, share thoughts and ideas, explore different genres and perspectives, and build friendships and communication skills! There is no pressure, no homework, just good conversation and a great environment.
We will meet once a month, and our first meeting details are below!

📍 O'Fallon Illinois YMCA (284 North Seven Hills Road, O'Fallon, IL 62269)
🎟️ FREE! You don't even have to be a Y member, so bring a friend! Just be sure to register in advance.
We will read a variety of teen-appropriate books from a list provided by the O'Fallon Library, with genres including young adult fiction, fantasy, science fiction, mystery, classics, and graphic novels. Teens will vote on upcoming book selections.

Plus, as a fun way to get involved, each teen will receive a BINGO card filled with fun and creative reading challenges! Every square on the card represents a badge you can earn, and each badge also gives you virtual tickets toward our end-of-year grand prize raffle. Some special badges will even unlock instant prizes from the library! Badges can be completed anytime throughout the year, so the more you earn, the more raffle tickets you'll collect. Grab a book, try something new, and start checking off those circles!
