Are you, or somebody you know, a cancer survivor wanting to rebuild strength and confidence in the gym?
It's not too late to join the Y's upcoming LiveStrong class starting at the Downtown Belleville YMCA - Kern Center on June 9, 6:45-8 am. This 12-week program, where cancer survivors work out together in a community, will meet Mondays/Wednesdays.
Registration and medical clearance are required, space is limited. To register, fill out the interest form or contact the Downtown Belleville Y at 618-233-1243.
