Gateway Region YMCA and St. Louis tornado relief Gateway Region YMCA and St. Louis tornado relief

On May 16, 2025, devastating tornadoes swept across the St. Louis region, leaving many of our neighbors in urgent need of support.

The Gateway Region YMCA has launched the 2025 Tornado Relief Fund to help families and individuals impacted by this disaster. 100% of donated funds will go directly to local relief efforts — providing food, bottled water, hygiene products, plywood, and other critical supplies.

Every dollar makes a difference.

100% of Your Gift Goes to Local Relief

From day one, the Y has been on the ground delivering support. Your donation helps:

  • Provide hot meals and clean water to families in crisis
  • Distribute essential supplies like hygiene kits and plywood
  • Offer showers, phone-charging stations, and other support at local YMCAs
  • Connect community members with long-term recovery resources

We are committed to full transparency — your donation goes where it’s needed most: back into our community.
