Family Ranch Weekend at YMCA Trout Lodge 🐴
Saddle up! Calling all horse lovers - join us March 28-30 for our Family Ranch Weekend! $349 per adult and $199 per child ages 8-14

ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:
- Meet and greet with the ranch
- A chance to meet members of the herd and learn all about them, including the mini horses!
- Herdview Wagon Ride
- 30-minute wagon ride with a chance to view our herd of horses in their natural setting.
- Roping and Branding
- Learn the basics of how to throw a lasso and the history of branding
- Stick Horse Rodeo
- Team up with fellow families for a fun competition, stick horse style
- Grooming and Saddling Session
- Learn the basics of grooming and saddling a horse and have an opportunity to practice
- Arena Ride
- Basic arena lesson learning the controls of a horse and play some arena games
- Horse Basics
- Classroom session to learn about breeds, colors, and markings of horses, gaits of a horse, etc.
- Target Sports
- Try your hand at archery or axe throwing
- Trail Ride
- Take a new equine friend on a 2-mile trail ride
- Arts & Crafts
- Take your very own horseshoe to our crafts center and style it up to keep
- Free Time
- Enjoy some on-your-own activities such as mini golf, volleyball, horseshoes, or a scavenger hunt
