At YMCA Trout Lodge, our varied meal options have something for everyone. Whether you join us in the dining room or have a privately catered event, we make meals a culinary event! Contact us at 888-FUN-YMCA with any meal/menu questions you may have.




One of the many benefits of staying at YMCA Trout Lodge is the cafeteria-style meals in the dining room, which are included in the daily rates (except privately catered events.) Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. There are many food choices for everyone, including vegetarian and those requiring sugar-free and gluten-free items. See our sample menu for our meal options, which are subject to change from time to time. Prior to each meal shift, a menu is placed outside of the dining room for that meal’s selections. 

Your meals include dinner on the day of your arrival through lunch the day you leave. You may purchase extra meals if you come early on your arrival date and/or stay late on your departure date.

Upon check-in, you will be asked to select a meal shift to ensure plenty of elbow room. For a pleasant dining experience, we ask that you please adhere to your scheduled time.

First Shift

Breakfast: 7:15 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Second Shift

Breakfast: 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.

Third Shift

Breakfast: 8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 12:45 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Our Food Service Department can prepare catered menu options for those times when you want that personal touch outside of the dining room. There are many options, from rustic to refined – our catering department can create your ideal event. We can even provide box lunches for those planning an off-site adventure. Catered meals are not included in the regular nightly rate.
