YMCA Trout Lodge is right in the middle of the action when it comes to the caliber and abundance of activities we offer right here on our property. There's always something for every age and ability. And because we are a year-round facility, many of our activities are available in every season. Whether you are coming for a family getaway or reunion, an adult program, as part of a group or company retreat, you can incorporate these activities into your stay. Triangle Y Ranch
Mosey on down to our ever popular Triangle Y Ranch and join us for some equestrian adventures. No matter your age, there is always something for everyone here at the ranch. From 6 months old on a wagon ride with the family, up to 90 years old (or more!!) on a trail ride, everyone can kick up their heels! At Triangle Y Ranch, we actually encourage “horsing around.”
Water
Enjoy time on our beautiful 360-acre lake with seasonal water activities. Although some activities do require advanced sign-ups, many do not. Enjoy the water at your leisure on canoes, jon boats, kayaks, swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or taking a tour on our pontoon boats. And don't forget to splash into the lake on our water slide or lake swing!
High Adventure
Put your courage to the test on one of our climbing adventures!
Our climbing adventures allow you to conquer a 50-foot Alpine climbing tower or 35-foot Pines Peak rock wall. Check the activities for ages permitted.

Recreational
We have so many incredible and varied activities that we barely have room to list them all, but we are certainly going to try. In addition to arts & crafts, water and adventure activities, check out our other things to do. WOW! Trout Lodge is really right in the middle of the action.
Arts and Crafts
Making art is a time when you can unwind and indulge your uniquely creative side, even if you don't think you have one! No experience is necessary - you will be taught how to make the project that interests you by our dedicated Arts & Crafts staff. Get the kids involved, make yourself something special, or create a unique gift for a loved one. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while you channel your creative side.
Outdoor Education
The classroom is a great avenue for learning, but stepping into nature with our Outdoor Education program supplements traditional education in a real and unique way. Kids can observe and interact with nature – sometimes even getting their hands dirty while experiencing the great outdoors. From mid-August to Mid-May, Camp Lakewood is an Outdoor Education facility when summer camp is not in session. We provide a natural setting for experiential outdoor education, group bonding, and leadership training – all created and based on the needs of your group.
