Help bring your love of science to the patients at local children’s hospitals, providing them with a learning experience and an opportunity to brighten their day.
Field Day
Volunteer for this one-day event in the spring that is built in the same form as the field days we all remember from elementary school. Local elementary students participate in a day full of academic and athletic challenges. Volunteer opportunities include being a group leader, activity leader, and helping to set up or clean up.
Koaches for Kids
Coach a youth sports team for a fun-filled and rewarding experience. Volunteers will have the opportunity to plan practices and coach games for their team.
PALs
Help us fight childhood obesity one child at a time. Promote active lifestyles through nutrition education and health advocacy. Mentor and educate youth on healthy lifestyle choices.
Safe Trick-Or-Treat
Volunteer on Halloween for a fun-filled afternoon that provides children from the St. Louis community an opportunity trick-or-treat in the residence halls at Washington University in St. Louis.
Bubbles and Bears
Our newest program! Become a swim instructor and teach kids to swim at local YMCAs.
Dear Power
Dear Power is a program that empowers youth to believe in anything they dream of, no matter their background, identity, or status. Mentoring in local public schools, Dear Power mentor students through a personalized Flat Stanley project to show them they can accomplish their dreams!
