The Tri-City YMCA has dedicated itself as a Youth Development Center and is no longer a fitness center. For the times you can't be there yourself, the Y provides a safe, nurturing environment where your child will learn, grow and thrive.
Youth Development
We believe the values and skills learned early on are vital building blocks for life. Because of the Y, more young people in neighborhoods around the nation are taking a greater interest in learning and making smarter life choices. At the Y, children and teens learn values and positive behaviors, and can explore their unique talents and interests, helping them realize their potential. That makes for confident kids today and contributing and engaged adults tomorrow.
Child Care
With so many demands on today’s families and the increased focus on early brain development, families need all the support they can get to nurture the potential of youth. That’s why child care and early learning programs at the Y focus on holistically nurturing child development by providing a safe and healthy place to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-reliance through the Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Our Early Childhood Education Center has programs for children from 6 weeks to 5 years provided in a healthy supportive environment that’s unique to the Y.
Enriching Children Every Day
The Y Club Before and After School Enrichment Program is designed to help kids in our community succeed developmentally and academically.

Support the Y
Our Annual Campaign provides financial assistance and subsidies to ensure all who wish to participate can, regardless of their financial situation. Growing our Annual Campaign will ensure that we scale and expand our programs into our most vulnerable communities. To ensure we are deepening our impact, we will innovate our programming to meet community needs.
