The Food Service Department at Trout Lodge is “catering central” for all of your group needs. From beverages at a meeting, snacks for a symposium break, boxed lunches for an excursion off property, a company party, or even a private formal dinner for a family reunion’s 50th anniversary, we can customize every menu detail for those times you want that personal touch outside of the dining room.

HOLIDAY PARTIES

YMCA Trout Lodge is the ideal location for company holiday parties too. Many of our holiday parties are held in the dining room as a private event. Along with twinkling lights, holiday decor, delicious catered food and an abundance of options to make your company party uniquely yours, call us to schedule your fabulous holiday event that your employees will be talking about.

Western Chuck Wagon Cook Out

The chuck wagon cook-out includes a hayride through the Ozarks countryside to a secluded site near Fourche Renault creek with the following menu options:

Package #2: Ribs, chicken, baked beans, texas toast, tossed salad with choice of ranch or vinaigrette dressing, lemonade, dessert

Trout Lodge has options when it comes to selecting the right meeting space for your group, both inside of Trout Lodge as well as in buildings located on our property. Some have windows, some do not, some have dividers (for break-out sessions as an example), some have a more rustic feel and some have scenic views. Trout Lodge can accommodate large groups, and we can even rent out the entire facility for your group.

Essentials of Planning a Family Reunion

ALREADY BOOKED A DATE?

For those who have already booked and need to complete their forms, below you will find the required forms (if a form does not apply to you, please disregard). You do NOT have to send in the forms at one time. Please look on the last page of the Planner Booklet for the required “return by” dates.

These forms are fillable, therefore you must save the form to your computer/device FIRST, then you can complete the form from your device, re-save and then email them to your Group Sales Reservationist. If you have any questions in regards to any of the information, please contact your Group Sales Reservationist who will be happy to assist you.
