Our Leaders Club and Junior Leaders provide youth the opportunity to learn to become more effective in their interactions with others. Teens improve their social and leadership skills all while discovering how they can give back to their communities.

Friends
As a Teen Leader, you will meet other Leaders from all over the city, state, and country that will grow your Y Family even more. Our Leaders make friendships that last a lifetime!
Travel
Teen Leaders visit different states throughout the Midwest and get to experience new places and people. Some of our teens even get to travel abroad.
College (and beyond)
Our Teen Leaders go on college tours, speak with advisors and professors, and are accepted to colleges all over the country. Plus, Leaders experience looks great on a college application.
Job Opportunities
As a Teen Leader, you can learn the necessary skills and trainings necessary to become employed by the Y.
