Frequently Asked Questions

All camp deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your camp session begins, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds are provided if you cancel within 30 days of the start of the camp session. If you must cancel for a medical reason, a refund (minus the deposit) will be issued with a written doctor's order.

We can accommodate most common food allergies and dietary needs, and our facility is peanut-free. All dietary needs must be noted on your camper’s Health Form at least two weeks before arrival. All medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, must be in their original container and given to our Health Lodge staff during check-in. Yes! We are happy to honor one mutual cabinmate request. To be placed in a cabin together, both campers must request each other on their registration forms, be within one year of age, and be registered for the same program.

We serve three well-balanced, kid-friendly meals each day in our dining hall, plus two snacks. We always offer a full salad bar at lunch and dinner, as well as a cereal bar at breakfast. You can see a sample of our weekly menu on our "A Day at Camp" page.
