A Cause for Good, Because of You

Located on 5,000 scenic acres in Missouri’s eastern Ozarks, YMCA Trout Lodge is proud to host the Veteran Adaptive Outdoor Adventure Program, a four-day, all-inclusive experience for Veterans and active-duty service members. Just 90 miles south of St. Louis, Trout Lodge offers accessible lodging, daily buffet-style meals, and a wide range of adaptive outdoor activities designed to empower, energize, and inspire.

Participants can choose from activities like archery, trapshooting, fishing, kayaking, adaptive hiking, rock climbing, ziplining, scuba diving, Tai Chi, iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, and more. With support from trained staff, caregivers, and partner agencies, each day ends with a fun evening, including campfires, live music, and a time to reflect on the day with friends.
