Requires an all-out, one hundred percent effort. Through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training increases and keeps your heart rate up, to burn more fat in less time.

You will learn the basics of Kickboxing in this class and increase your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Working individually or in pairs for rounds of intense work in an easy to understand format. Great core workout, too! Boxing gloves may be required.
