LesMills BODYPUMP is a strength training program where we integrate high-repetition movements, with light to moderate weights, to deliver a total body workout. Throughout this class, you’ll burn calories, build strength, and be motivated by popular music and an inspirational instructor. This class is not about building bulk; it’s about developing lean, toned muscles. You’ll use a step and weights during this program. Members just need to bring a towel, water, and a smile.

JUST GETTING STARTED?
- You can easily adjust a BODYPUMP workout to any fitness level:
- Start with light weights or even just a bar
- Build up from four tracks to a full class
All Strength Training classes are free for members ages 17 and up (ages 13-16 may attend with a participating adult). Classes do not require registration, simply drop in. Visit your branch page and look under "Branch Schedules and Information" at the top left to view a schedule of free classes. Please don’t hesitate to contact your branch for specific questions about our classes.
