CrossFit Fundamentals Assessment is an initial class taken by all new members. During this initial assessment period, members new to CrossFit will be educated on the foundational movements and terminology of CrossFit; while seasoned CrossFit athletes will be assessed based on their current skill set and knowledge of the sport. All classes are led by certified CrossFit trainers and will demonstrate proper movements to ensure your safety.

CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

Classes are geared for ages 16+ and consist of strength and conditioning workouts. Workouts include elements like interval training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, strongman and more. Enrollment is continuous and drafts on a monthly basis.

CrossFit Kids is offered for children ages 8-12. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement through childhood and adolescence. Consistent good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids.
