Download the Gateway Region YMCA mobile app on Apple or Android devices.

If you have previously activated your account, enter your username and password to login.

To login/activate your account for the first time:

  1. Within 24 hours of joining, you should receive an email with a link to activate your account. (You may need to check your junk or spam folders.) Follow the instructions to activate.


  1. Choose the Find My Account button
  2. Enter your date of birth*, email address, and create a password. (*On apple devices, please note the birthday format should be yyyy-mm-dd.)

If you receive an error message or have further troubles with logging in, please reach out to your local YMCA's Welcome Center or email

You can access your Y account through

Login with your username and password if you have previously activated your account. If you no longer recall your password, use the reset password link*. (*You may need to check your junk or spam folders for the reset email.)

Members, ages 13 and older, with a unique email address may receive an app account.

We encourage you to connect your account to your Apple Health app or Google Fit app. This will keep your activity up to date in your YMCA mobile app!

You can change locations and view schedules at other locations once you have activated your account. 
To do this from the app (Apple or Android devices), just click the double arrows in the upper right hand corner of the app, and add a location. 
If you are on the website version (, please click the location in the upper left corner of the screen and in the drop down, click "Club Finder." You will then be able to see all locations.   

You can schedule into a class through the mobile app or through the website

To do this, click the tile on the main screen labeled "Classes, Laps, and Child Watch." This will pull up a schedule of classes for the week. Click the day of the week at the top of the screen, scroll to find the class you are interested in and click it. Once on the class page, click the button at the bottom of the screen that says "Join." You are now scheduled into that class.
