RECOMMENDATIONS

Adults 18-64 should do at least 150-300 min of moderate intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or at least 75 min of vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity through the week.

Adults also need at least 2 days per week of muscle-strengthening or resistance training per week. 

We recommend at least 1-2 days of restorative practice considering we spend so much time sitting these days!
