Whether your child is interested in exploring, creating, competing or learning, Summer Day Camp at the Y offers the perfect solution. We provide a safe experience for kids to learn new skills, build self-confidence, make lasting friendships, and above all, have fun! 

The Y offers 11 weeks of full-day camp, May 26 - August 7, for kids ages 5-14.

Camps We Offer:

Fun Club, the Y's Before & After Camp Care, is available as an add-on to all camps, at an additional fee. Fun Club allows campers to arrive as early as 7 am and/or stay as late as 5 pm.

Camp hours: 8 am to 3 pm
(Fun Club 7 - 8 am and/or 3 - 5 pm)

Offered throughout the entire summer. These camps are designed for a wide variety of conventional interests that include arts & crafts, group games, nature exploration, swimming, field trips, and more. Camps are themed weekly. Most camp activities are held outdoors with indoor activities provided based on the day and theme. Day campers are divided into groups by the grade level they are entering in the fall. Download a copy of our traditional camp themes and descriptions.

Monday-Friday Fee: Members $125/week, Non-members $150/week
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Fee: Members $85/week, Non-members $115/week
Tuesday/Thursday Fee: Members $60/week, Non-members $80/week

Special Interest Camps: Tuesday-Thursday, 10 am-12 pm or 10 am-2 pm

Special interest camps are designed to offer activities focused on a particular interest, while incorporating overall traditional Y camp principles. Camp size may be smaller and may be offered either indoors or outdoors based on the specific interest. 

Members $75/week, Non-members $100/week

June 9 - 11; Babysitting Certification* (Ages 10-14) 10 am-2 pm
June 16 - 18; Lego Challenge Camp (Ages 8-12) 10 am-12 pm
July 7 - 9; Secret Agents Camp (Ages 8-12) 10 am-12 pm
July 14 - 16; Culinary Camp (Ages 9-12) 10 am-2 pm

*These camps are available with limited financial assistance but not with our special pricing offer.

CITs are provided first-hand experience working with campers and the opportunity to cultivate skills and knowledge in the day camp setting. CITs are selected through an application and interview process. Training and a 4-week commitment are required if selected. Space is limited. Applications will be available in January 2020, and are due April 1, 2020.

Camp Meet 'n Greet

Parents of new and returning campers are highly encouraged to attend our Meet 'n Greet. Important information will be shared to ensure your camper will be prepared and have a positive first experience. Parents will also have the opportunity to meet the camp staff and ask specific questions. We encourage you to bring the family!

Camp Lakewood - Our Overnight Camp!

Take the adventure to the next level with our Camp Lakewood overnight camp. With a 360-acre lake and more than 5,000 acres of forest-covered hills, caves, creeks and more, there are many opportunities for natural exploration. Whether it's campfires, swimming, archery, climbing tower, zip line, sports, canoeing, cookouts, fishing, and kayaking every camper delights in waking up with a renewed sense of excitement as to what new activities each day at camp will bring. Y members receive discounts.
