• Medical Authorization Form (if needed)
• Camp Change Form (if needed)
Register Online: Reserve a spot and submit your payment online. Then, visit our Welcome Center at the Y branch to submit your completed forms. If signing up for Fun Club Before & After Camp Care, that registration must be added separately. Online payments cannot process 3rd party payments or financial assistance.
Register at our Welcome Center: Complete the registration forms and visit the Welcome Center. There, you'll select your sessions, reserve a spot with a non-refundable deposit, 3rd party payments or financial assistance. Fun Club Before & After Camp Care must be registered separately.
