Blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training experience. The challenge of adding resistance by using weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged.

A combination of High and/or Low impact movement designed to suit all levels and improve cardiovascular endurance. Choose to work out at the level that is right for you!

SilverSneakers Cardiofit: Get up and go with an aerobics class thats safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.

Zumba Gold: Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Geared towards those who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.

SilverSneakers Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

A more intense workout that incorporates more challenging techniques and holds.

This Les Mills class integrates high-repetition movements with light to moderate weights to deliver a total body workout. You will burn calories, build strength, and be motivated by music. This class is about developing lean, toned muscles.

Utilizes simple choreography with a combination of dance styles and rhythms to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval training), requires all-out, one hundred percent effort. Through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training increases and keeps your heart rate up, to burn more fat in less time.

Combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster.

Slow progression encouraging balance and harmony in your mind, body and spirit. A sequence of movements that combines meditation and tranquility.

This Les Mills 30-minute workout provides the vital ingredients for a stronger body. Using resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, glute and lower back exercises.
