Looking for a fun and effective cardio workout? Consider the new craze of Hooping. Not your hula hoop from childhood, Hooping today compares with boot-camp, step aerobics, and cardio kickboxing in terms of heart rate and calorie burn. Class will be held in the Respect/Responsibility rooms
